Upcoming Sub-processor: Crisp.chat
Notice of planned addition of Crisp.chat as a customer support sub-processor.
Crisp.chat will be added as an optional sub-processor for in-product support chat. When you enable support chat and reach out to us:
- Crisp will process chat messages, IP address, and basic user info (name and email).
- This change will take effect no earlier than Dec 23, 2025.
- If you don't enable support chat, Crisp will not receive any data.
